Students shall be placed in Agro and Cottage industries and Commodities Boards for 3-10 weeks.
Industrial Training includes:
1. Seed / Sapling production / Vertical gardening,
2. Micronutrient- Fertilizer, Pesticides-insecticides,
3. Post-harvest-processing- value addition,
Activities and Tasks during Agro-Industrial Attachment Programme
1. Acquaintance with industry and staff
2. Study of the structure, functioning, objective, and mandates of the industry
3. Study of various processing units and hands-on training under the supervision of industry staff
4. Ethics of industry
5. Employment generated by the industry
6. Contribution of the industry promoting environment
7. Learning business network including outlets of the industry
8. Skill development in all crucial tasks of the industry
9. Documentation of the activities and tasks performed by the students
10. Performance evaluation, appraisal, and ranking of students
